No matter what your budget is, there is a studio for you. All of these are pretty tiny– with the exception of the one at The Frontenac. I have toured that building and it so charming and quiet. Also notice that there is a pre-leasing opportunity. I have been watching this new building go up on Champlain. I was hoping they would be condos but of course…they are rentals. I know many of us are sick of the market being flooded with luxury rentals but I have to say, this building looks pretty nice. Pre-lease and get a deal.
