What makes it great: Located right off of Lincoln Park, this is one sweet apartment. I obviously love the fireplace and painted brick. Since this unit is on the ground floor (I don’t think it is basement) it has it’s own entrance making it super private. The condo building overall is also on the smaller side. Washer and dryer in unit and central air.
Why you should think twice: Though ground floor is better than english basement, the apartment can still have privacy and noise issues.
