Hi Again Wednesday

I don’t know why Wednesdays have magically been my only free night for a few weeks in a row but whatever, I am going to embrace it. I recently passed on this little piece of advice to a friend. If you want a fancy new building without the scary price tag, consider going back in the archive. Buildings that are only a few years old still have a modern feel but since the buzz has died down, you may be more likely to get a deal. Take The Colonel for example.  It a really cool building and now the first residents are starting to turn over, there is more of an opportunity to get in at a good price. Makes sense right?
