This week the debate of house versus condo continues. I couldn’t help but notice that many of the two bedrooms that are open this weekend feature a master and nursery. This raises the question of whether or not young families are still fleeing for the ‘burbs. I get it. The lure of more space, a little yard, and better public school’s is hard to ignore but that commute though. Every family is different and there is no “right” decision. However I can’t help but wonder what this means from a market trend perspective. During this DC real estate boom, young professionals have been snatching up condos left and right.
