I hope you got lots of R&R over Labor Day weekend because it is time to kick it into high gear if you are in the housing market. There is SO much to see this weekend. I had to whittle my list of 25 opens down to just the 8 below in an effort to not completely overwhelm you. With so many quality options and moving into a slower real estate season, there may be some real opportunity out there. As usual, my picks are all over the city but I am getting more comfortable with the city outskirts. After exploring some homes in Maryland over the weekend, I am realizing the importance of a reasonable commute.
