Happy Monday, readers! Today I focused my search on properties all located in the Dupont Circle/Adams Morgan neighborhoods – a really FUN area to check out and live. Enjoy 🙂

Quick stats: [square footage not listed]
0.1 miles / 2 minutes walk to nearest metro (Dupont Circle North)
The drill: Talk about CLOSE to public transit – wow. What stood out to me in this property was the neat kitchen – overlooking the living space. I personally love that layout. The features look great – the hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and abundance of storage.
Why you might think twice: Square footage is not listed, so it is hard to tell exactly how much space you are getting. The kitchen, while beautiful, is a bit small.
Quick stats: $2275 / 650 square feet = $3.46 per square foot
0.5 miles / 12 minutes walk to nearest metro (Dupont Cirlce North)
The drill: I’m OBSESSED with this kitchen. I like the long layout of it, and the colors and floors are simply stunning. This is a good price point for a 2 bedroom apartment in a really fun area.
Why you might think twice: Post lists the property as both 650 square feet at 600 square feet? That’s a little confusing… Also, 650 square feet for 2 bedroom? I guess that living space and kitchen spaces are really. Numbers don’t really check out for me in this listing.
Quick stats: $2500 / 700 square feet = $3.75 per square foot
0.2 miles/ 4 minutes walk to nearest metro (Dupont Circle North)
The drill: I don’t think I have ever passed this building, but it looks beautiful. I especially like the crown molding, hardwood floors, built in bookcase, and fireplace. Looks like a lot of natural light the apartment, which is certainly a bonus!
Why you might think twice: Sounds like the apartment comes furnished, but renter would “consider” renting unfurnished.
Quick stats: $2280 / 600 square feet  = $3.80 per square foot
0.6 miles / 16 minutes walk to nearest metro (Dupont Circle North)
The drill: I like how this apartment is on the top floor “in a quiet building.” I have never lived in the Adams Morgan area, but know that it can get pretty wild on the weekends – so the quiet would be a nice escape every once in a while :-). Lots to love here – I love the kitchen and abundance of natural light, especially.
Why you might think twice: Wish I knew the exact location of this building – sounds like a really great one!
Quick stats: $2150 / 700 square feet =$3.07 per square foot
0.7 miles / 15 minutes walk to nearest metro (U Street)
The drill: Best deal, financially, of the week! As someone who has WAY too many kitchen appliances, I appreciate all of the storage space available (you can store stuff on top of the cabinets, too!). Hardwood floors throughout, walk-in closets, patio in back. Owner lives upstairs, which is great for when/if anything happens.
Why you might think twice: Not much to dislike here. I assume you are getting the basement level, but it is not 100% clear in the post.
