What makes it great: This is a pretty standard apartment in a pretty standard apartment building. It doesn’t have the character that some people are looking for but I picked it because you will get a lot of bang for your buck. Rent includes all of your utilities, access to a gym, and a beautiful rooftop. The community is pet friendly and under DC’s rent control program. There is a 24 hour concierge as well. Why you should think twice: Like I said, the apartment is nice but not very interesting. Glover park is not metro accessible. Roommates would need to share the bathroom.
