What makes it great: If you commit to a house at this price point, you run the risk of ending up with a fixer-upper. I have to say that this place looks like it is in pretty good shape. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, this home could easily be shared between roommates. It looks like there are hardwood floors in some of the rooms and a decorative fireplace in the living room. The house has stunning architectural features like a tray ceiling, decorative Cherry in-lay, and crown molding. On the second floor, there is a balcony. There is a washer and dryer in-unit.
