What makes it great: There are several things about this property that appeal to me. First of all, it’s a true one bedroom in the heart of Dupont. The flooring and the fireplace give the space character. I like that the kitchen is small but open. This is certainly not a gourmet kitchen but it functions and the design lends well to entertaining. The patio is another great option for entertaining. Opening up that door in the summertime will significantly increase your square footage. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.
Why you should think twice: It’s pricey and none of the utilities are included. The patio is shared with the upstairs neighbors so that eliminates a lot of privacy. I would also be concerned about safety. Dupont is pretty safe but such easy access to the apartment makes me nervous.
