When scouring through Craigslist, I am pretty liberal with my initial choices. I then go back through the several open tabs, compare and refine based on the quality of the listings that day. While narrowing down my choices, I experienced deja vu. I had stumbled across two listings in the same house. Here is the exterior:
The difference in price between the two units was almost $200. The catch was that one of the units was in the basement. Some smart developer has converted this cute, semi detached home into apartments. The units are comparable with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice upgrades. Both have new kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a washer and dryer in each unit. So which one will you chose?
