What makes it great: On the tails of the two bedroom bargain of the day, this apartment is definitely the studio bargain of the day. Literally around the corner from the metro, this building is in a prime location and has some great features. I am actually surprised by the price. I have passed this building before and always admired it’s character. I had no idea the units were so inexpensive. This studio has hardwood floors, a washer and dryer in-unit, dishwasher, and it looks there is a little balcony.
Why you should think twice: There are still some unknowns like closet space and condition of the bathroom.
