What makes it great: This is a one bedroom, ground level unit- not an english basement. Though a little small, there is a private bedroom. The location is great. Both the heart of Capitol Hill and Union Station are a short walk. There is back yard patio. I am not sure if it is private or shared. There is a washer and dryer in-unit. There is not a ton of information on this place but it is worth checking out.
Why you should think twice: No pets and no information on the kitchen or bathroom.
