What makes it great: This place is reminiscent of the Brookland tiny house that I fell in love with. This two bedroom house is below 700 square feet. Prepare yourself for some small spaces. However, this seems to be a thoughtful redesign that just might be workable. The entire house has been redone with top of the line finishes. There is a great back patio and the exterior has been painted a fun electric blue. If you want to rent tiny, this is your chance. Pet friendly!
