What makes it great: I usually hate misleading ads. This was an exception. I think that the poster just made a mistake by tagging this as Capitol Hill rather than Columbia Heights. This apartment is just north of Columbia Heights and features an awesome open concept floor plan with a working fireplace. There are two bathrooms making it easy for roommates to share. Move in March 15.
Why you should think twice: One of the bedrooms appears much bigger than the other.
