What makes it great: Is it me or do a lot of these Eastern Market houses look the same? Most of them were built all around the same time so it would make sense but sometimes all the similarities are concerning. I feel like I have seen this exact house before so I hope it’s not a scam. You should at least check out the photos of this place. It has so much charm. I especially loved the arched doorway. The deck out back seals the deal.
Why you should think twice: It looks like the first floor is carpeted. Although it is advertised as a two bedroom, I am gathering that the second bedroom is tiny.
