What makes it great: If you can’t stomach a basement unit but still want to save, the first floor is your best alternative. This first floor apartment in Eastern Market has great curb appeal. The apartment itself is basic but cute. My only concern is with the size.
Why you should think twice: 400 square feet is tiny for a studio and even tinier for a one bedroom. Either they are trying to pass this studio off as a one bedroom or you are going to have two very tiny rooms.
