What makes it great: I was digging through the archives of Apartment Therapy and stumbled upon an old house tour of Lindsay Speace’s Capitol Hill apartment. She was a local DC interior design who now resides in NC. Stumbling upon it made me remember how cute Capitol Hill can be. This space is very similar. Of course I love the hardwood floors, fireplace, and the oh so coveted in-unit washer and dryer. This place is ready in early December. Go ahead and commit now if you can.
