What makes it great: It has been a while since I have seen a vacancy in this building. I know this building well because I have friends that live there. It is a great location and from what I have seen, the apartments are pretty. The only tricky thing here is that “prices are subject to change without notice.” I hate this model. Many apartment buildings have some program that spits out revised prices DAILY. So unnecessary. If you can get this studio around the quoted price, I think it would be worth it.
