What makes it great: I love The Cairo. This historic apartment building has the best views in Dupont and is a real neighborhood staple. This newly renovated studio has a cool look. I am usually not a fan of tile but if there is one style of tile I like, it’s slate. The slate and exposed brick combo definitely elevates this studio’s look. The kitchen is small but the appliances are new– including a dishwasher. Go today if you are interested in this place.
Why you should think twice: Square footage isn’t listed. The unit could be small.
