That DC Feeling: $1450

I met with some clients last night who talked a lot about the “DC feeling.” How you define that probably varies by who you ask, but last night we talked about wanting to be in apartment that feels like it belongs in DC. They want to wake up and feel like they are in DC, not just some apartment in some random city. Many new apartments and condos are swanky but they can have that cookie-cutter feel. Here are some places that I think really represent DC. From co-housing projects, quiet Capitol Hill streets, converted schools, to the undeniable charm of Georgetown. Which place do you feel best represents DC?
