What makes it great: I walk by this complex often and think, “Why wasn’t I around in 1980 so I could have scooped one of these places up for no money?” This little complex is very private yet only a block from the heart of Adams Morgan. I can’t help but fall in love with the interior– fireplace, molding, hardwood floors, etc. There is also a parking spot and a sweet little patio. The price makes it feasible for a couple or even a single person with some extra cash.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen it dated.
