What makes it great: After spending the weekend at Mai Place, I have decided I need more floor to ceiling windows in my life. Sadly, Mai Place only has one bedroom units. If you need two bedrooms, consider this swanky place in Adams Morgan. There are windows everywhere! $3650 may seem a little steep but remember parking is included and if you are familiar with this area, you know how bad parking can be. That kitchen is also to die for. Lastly, mattresses are free!
