What makes it great: I am not going to lie. There is nothing fancy about this place. Though it isn’t listed, I can guess that the space is also pretty small. However, you cannot beat this price point. If you are dying to get into the city and are on tight budget, this is how to do it. Landlord pays all utilities and your pets are welcome. However, you will really need to love your pet to share such a small space with them.
Why you should think twice: Again, this is a minimal space but there are some nice details like the built-ins and pretty tub.
