What makes it great: This bright Georgetown apartment is located on a quiet street, right across from Montrose Park. The living area has large bay windows and hardwood floors. The bathroom has a window and nice tiling. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with stainless steel appliances. The master has hardwood floors, the second bedroom does not. The biggest perk is location, location.
Why you should think twice: The second bedroom is much smaller than the master bedroom. It looks like you could only fit a double bed at most. No pets are allowed. The kitchen is nice but it is small. Though technically in Georgetown, the main intersection is a little bit of a walk. Georgetown is not metro accessible.
