What makes it great: This listing is a little bit confusing. There may be two different apartments available: one on the first floor and one on the second floor. If you are in the market you should check out both. Both apartments have hardwood floors and a washer and dryer. The top floor apartment has a spacious master bedroom with a cool loft area. This area would be great as a study area or for storage. The skylight is a great bonus.
Why you should think twice: The idea of a loft is cool but they are not always functional. Having a huge ladder in the middle of the room could be an eyesore. This is also far below market value so make sure you do all of your research. No pets.
