What makes it great: There is no question that this place is a bit pricey. However, I had to feature it because of the the one of a kind view. It is simply spectacular. The ad claims that you can fit up to 10 people on the balcony and it is the only unit in the building that has one. It is a corner unit on the top floor, so there is no doubt that you have the best view in the building. Inside the apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is upgraded and open to the living room. The bathroom has two shower heads.
Why you should think twice: For this price point, I would expect more than one bathroom. However, you are playing for that spectacular view.
