What makes it great: It has been awhile since I have been this excited about a listing. This place is a quintessential urban loft, perfect for any young professional craving a unique space. Of course, I was drawn to the exposed brick and hardwood floors. This place also has a ton of natural light. I counted seven windows. This is unheard of for such a small space. The loft is a great way to create some privacy. I checked out the outside and was pleased to see that the apartment is located in a converted townhouse, right on Calvert Street.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is tiny. If you like to cook, this is not the place for you. Also, where is the bathroom? I’m assuming the first floor but it would be nice to see some pictures.
