What makes it great: Get ready to rethink english basement living. This beautifully renovated english basement breaks all of the stereotypes. First of all, it is bright. The owners of the apartment really went the extra mile to make this place feel modern. There is a touch of character with the exposed brick wall, but for the most part this apartment has very contemporary finishes. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a parking option.
Why you should think twice: The parking option is not included in the rent. There are two spots available, one for $150 and both for $200. Though a good deal for downtown parking, that is a pricey added expense. The renovations are well done but I wish they would have remained more consistent with the flooring. Roommates will need to share a bathroom.
