What makes it great: This place immediately caught my eye because of the huge windows. It even looks like you can step out on the roof. The interesting angles are due to the fact that it is the top floor of converted townhouse. This apartment is recently renovated and could not be more light and bright. At a spacious 700 square feet, there is plenty of room for the private bedroom. The bathroom is spa like. The kitchen is compact and european inspired. There is shared washer and dryer in the hallway.
Why you should think twice: The post has a whole section titled “peculiarities.” The temperature of the apartment is set, you have to go outside and around the corner to throw out the trash, and the apartment may need some work. I guess honest really is the best policy.
