What makes it great: While scrolling through listings, I usually hit a certain price point where I start to think that the quality listings are gone. This renovated townhouse was the surprise of the day. It has all of the great character synonymous with Glover Park townhomes. There are hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace and beautiful archways. There is a nice patio and one parking spot out back. Both the bathrooms and kitchen have been upgraded.
Why you should think twice: The catch is that this is a short-term rental. You would need to move out by the end of July. If you love the place, contact the seller. You never know what you may be able to negotiate. There is some confusion over if there is a half bath.
