What makes it great: This listing breaks one of my cardinal rules- no interior pictures. Going to see this place could be a let down. However, where there is risk there can be reward. This is a true one bedroom with a washer and dryer in one of the best locations. The ad says that there are hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and skylights but we can’t be sure. A bonus is that there is a floor plan to look at. Fingers crossed this place is a real find!
Why you should think twice: You are going in blind. This place could be a huge waste of time.
