I will admit that $1699 for a studio is a bit pricey. However, I couldn’t help but fall in love with this warm and inviting condo. Located on the top floor of a small condo building, you will have access to a common garden area and a rooftop deck with views of the capitol. Inside there are hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. I especially like the way the unit is organized. Creating designated spaces in a studio can be tough but this has a great flow. Interestingly the owner has converted what is supposed to be a dining area to another little sitting area. In my opinion, this cozy nook is far superior to a dining area. Off the dining area is a perfectly compact kitchen. Everything you need is within reach. What really ties everything together is rich and warm decor.
