What makes it great: This stately Dupont rowhouse has been converted into four apartment units. This unit has two spacious bedrooms and a shared bedroom. One has bay windows. The kitchen is compact but looks functional. I would like to see the living area. Both the bedrooms are carpeted, so I am kind of assuming the living room is too. Bottom line, you can’t beat this price for Dupont.
Why you should think twice: This is an older home without the amenities of a large apartment complex. Also, the unit may be on a higher floor which means lots of stairs.
