What makes it great: Love, love, love. This perfect one bedroom is in a to die for location. It’s so warm and cozy. There are also nice vintage touches- note the window’s trim. This is all the space you really need. The separate bedroom makes it that much better. There is a washer and dryer in the building.
Why you should think twice: 500 square feet is a little bit small, especially if the apartment is broken up into two rooms. No pictures of the kitchen.
