What makes it great: “Junior one bedroom” is such a loose term. I think this is more of a studio than a one bedroom. Based on the pictures, I think they are considering the small nook a “junior bedroom.” It looks like a pretty small space but there may be more than what meets the eye. The kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally nice. Looks like there are plenty of windows and natural light.
Why you should think twice: Where does that door lead? How big is this studio really? Is there a real bedroom? No pets.
