What makes it great: Recently renovated and loaded with charm, you may forget that this is an english basement. Renovations include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer. I’m not sure if the fireplace is working but it is certainly nice to look at. The real selling point is the private patio. With neighbors on only one side, the outdoor space will feel very private. For an english basement, this studio seems to have high ceilings and plenty of light. It’s hard to believe that this place is SO close to the heart of Georgetown.
Why you should think twice: This is pricey for a studio and it’s hard to tell how big it actually is. The fact that so many utilities are included helps. No pets.
