What makes it great: Just when you thought you couldn’t afford to live in Georgetown… $1250 for a one bedroom is shocking. The living room definitely has hardwood floors but I’m not sure about the bedroom. The closet is enormous, bigger than the majority of closets I have seen. The apartment is located on the first floor and cats are allowed.
Why you should think twice: Don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles here. There is no central air and the kitchen and bathroom are dated. The bedroom looks small. Located on the first floor.
