What makes it great: I am not a big fan of most backsplashes but I love subway tile. It’s clean, simple, and will not go out of style. Overall this kitchen is impressive for the price. The appliances are newer and there is a full size range. What’s even better is that there is a balcony off the kitchen that opens up into the alley, perfect for entertaining. The bathroom has also been nicely renovated. The owner seems flexible on the lease agreement. Laundry facilities are in the building.
Why you should think twice: The second bedroom looks cramped. There are no pictures of the living area. The post is very detailed and for some reason I feel weird about it. Maybe I am being overly cautious? No pets.
