What makes it great: Valley Vista, a condominium building nestled back in Kalorama has had a couple listings over the last few months. In my opinion, this place is a hidden gem. Close to Rock Creek Park, Adams Morgan, and Woodley Park, this building is secluded yet accessible. Though the bedroom isn’t completely separate, there is a very interesting designated sleeping area with huge windows. There are hardwood floors throughout the living space and but the sleeping nook is carpeted. The kitchen has been beautifully updated. There are other charming features like built-in bookcases and cupboards. Another interesting feature is the two entrances, one opens into the foyer, the other opens into the kitchen.
Why you should think twice: The building is a little bit secluded.
