What makes it great: A true one bedroom with hardwood floors in Georgetown appeals to just about anyone, especially in this price range. Located on quiet P street, this apartment is only a few block to the heart of Georgetown. Not sure if this is enough space for you? The apartment is currently occupied by a married coupled. Ask them what they think. My guess is that they aren’t excited to give this place up. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: Don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles, although it looks like there may be a dishwasher. The kitchen is dated. No pictures of the bedroom. Georgetown is not metro accessible.
