What make it great: I don’t know who staged this apartment but they made it look good. Kudos to the agent representing this listing. This one bedroom seems to check all of the boxes: great location, charming, and spacious. The price may scare you off but this could be a worthy splurge. I especially love the pointed doorways- what a unique feature. The bedroom is also impressive. Usually one bedrooms in this price ranged are cramped- not the case here. Cats ok with pet fee.
