What makes it great: I found this listing back in February. I didn’t write about it because there weren’t any interior shots. Obviously, that kept a lot of people from responding to the ad because the house is still available. I thought it looked cute from the outside but the interior pictures sealed the deal. I spotted hardwood floors, curved doorways, and a pretty mantel. There was still one thing missing. Where is this place? No exact address was given so I put my Google map skills to the test. This house is located at 1665 34th Street NW, a prime Georgetown address.
Why you should think twice: It is technically a three bedroom home but there is a basement that can be uses as a fourth bedroom. There is very little information about the house.
