It’s always interesting to see how a couple extra hundred bucks can change what you get in the same neighborhood. In this case, about $300 more in rent will get you a few luxuries such as a washer and dryer, central air, a fireplace, and an overall more modern flair. Take out these few luxuries, I would say that these places are somewhat comparable. Both are true one bedrooms, with hardwood floors, galley kitchens and in garden style communities in Glover Park.
