What makes it great: My fingers are crossed that this place is still available. I am kicking myself because I didn’t find it sooner. There was an open house on May 6. I am sure this place was flooded with applications. However, there may still be a chance. This is a first floor unit is a small apartment building, four blocks from Eastern Market. I really love everything about this place!
