What makes it great: There is not a ton of information on this townhouse but based on the pictures, I like what I see. First of all, it’s spacious. It appears to be two floors and has 1800 square feet of living space. The living room looks bright and charming. There is exposed brick in at least one bedroom and there appears to be some more peaking out of the staircase. Another bonus is the half bath. Half baths are perfect for guest and can be a good backstop for roommates sharing a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Why you should think twice: The house isn’t available until August so hopefully you aren’t in a rush. No pets allowed.
