What makes it great: Based the exterior picture alone, I could tell this place was going to be cute. This special studio has some unique features. The large windows immediately caught my eye. However, the most appealing feature is the separate sleeping space. Separated from the rest of the living space by french doors, this is the perfect nook for more private sleeping. Best of all, there is a small piece of glass above the doors. Without this outlet for natural light, the space could feel like a closet.
Why you should think twice: No pets, no central air. The closets metro is a bit of a walk.
