What makes it great: Lately Capitol Hill has been overflowing with some great finds. This particular property is a little far from the metro but I couldn’t help myself. Vaulted ceilings are such a rare find for this price point. Other cool features include a mantelpiece. exposed brick, and maple floors. The ad mentions a “perimeter loft.” This is something you will need to see in person to understand. My concern is that if a bedroom is in the loft area, it won’t be private. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and parking is available.
Why you should think twice: The loft concept could be a bust for roommates. Roommates will need to share a bathroom.
