What makes it great: Small updates can really stand out in a smaller space. I love this compact kitchen. It has been updated with a stainless steel mini-fridge and a functional island. The fixtures in the kitchen match the fixtures in the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a seemingly large amount of storage space. Cats and dogs welcome.
Why you should think twice: Though the kitchen has been upgraded it is still more of a kitchenette. If you pet is approved, a deposit is required.
