What makes it great: There is price to pay if you want to live right in-between Logan Circle and Dupont Circle. Rent is low, but space is limited. Though space is limited, it looks like the current tenants have made it work. 550 square feet is not a lot of space to work with, especially for two. The key to this apartment is the small living room combined with the open kitchen. This combined space is the only way that a two bedroom works. The ad claims you can fit a queen sized bed in both bedrooms. Fingers crossed. There is a small balcony off of the kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and exposed brick in at least one of the bedrooms.
Why you should think twice: This apartment is small. No central air.
