What makes it great: This is a great price for a true one bedroom, this close to Logan Circle- especially one with a balcony. Both the living room and the bedroom are spacious. The apartment is located in a converted rowhouse. Luckily the house in on the corner so there is plenty of natural light. The ad says that a similar unit is available on the first floor. It may be a lower price because it is on the first floor. These two are worth checking out. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: There are some drawbacks. The unit has wall-to-wall carpet. This is not ideal for pets. There is no central AC. The utilities are a little bit complicated. Some of your utilities are at a set price of $75 per month (not included by rent) and others are based on usage/preference.
